Terms & Conditions<\/h2>

By using Print Creations Shop and placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>

Products and Orders<\/h3>

Product images are illustrative. Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor variations in color, surface texture and visible layer lines may occur and are not considered defects.<\/p>

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product cannot be manufactured, if the provided information is incomplete or if an obvious pricing error has occurred.<\/p>

Prices and Payment<\/h3>

All prices are displayed in euros. Applicable taxes, shipping costs and additional charges are shown before the order is confirmed.<\/p>

Orders must be paid using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Custom production begins only after the price, specifications and payment have been confirmed.<\/p>

Custom-Made Products<\/h3>

Customers are responsible for providing accurate files, measurements, specifications and intended-use information.<\/p>

Custom-made and personalized products cannot generally be returned because they are manufactured according to the customer\u2019s specifications. This does not limit the customer\u2019s rights when a product is defective, damaged or does not match the agreed specifications.<\/p>

The customer confirms that they have the right to use and reproduce any submitted model, image, design, trademark or other content.<\/p>

Shipping<\/h3>

Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product complexity, quantity, current workload, destination and courier delays.<\/p>

Customers must provide a complete and correct delivery address.<\/p>

Returns and Complaints<\/h3>

Standard products purchased online may generally be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to applicable conditions. The customer must contact us before returning a product. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrect.<\/p>

Defective products remain covered by applicable legal consumer guarantees. EU rules generally provide consumers with a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that are defective or do not match their description.<\/p>

Product Use<\/h3>

Customers are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for its intended purpose, vehicle, equipment, dimensions, temperature exposure and expected load.<\/p>

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products are not intended for safety-critical, medical or certified industrial applications.<\/p>

Liability<\/h3>

To the extent permitted by law, Print Creations Shop is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, modification, excessive loads, unsuitable environmental conditions or use contrary to the product description.<\/p>

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that consumers cannot waive under applicable law.<\/p>

Privacy<\/h3>

Personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection legislation.<\/p>

Governing Law<\/h3>

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia and applicable European Union consumer-protection legislation.<\/p>
