Refund Policy

You may return standard, unused products within 14 days of delivery by contacting us in advance. Returned products must be undamaged and, where possible, in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded, except when they arrive damaged, defective, or do not match the agreed specifications. This exception is consistent with EU rules for goods made to a customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
